Description
Polyflex Eco® Cut is top of the range, innovative new cut resistant glove, made in part from recycled plastics. The engineered yarn is 18gauge, incredibly thin and dexterous reducing hand fatigue, whilst exceeding the requirement for cut level F by 40%. It is the first cut resistant rPET yarn glove in the UK market, and is loaded with features, like a reinforced thumb crotch area, hydrophobic treatment, and touch screen capability.
Cut Resistant
- Ultra-lightweight 18-gauge liner achieves the maximum levels of cut resistance according to EN388:2016, and excellent abrasion and tear resistance.
Environmental
- Each glove contains a minimum of 13% recycled material (rPET)
Unique Feature
- Flat nitrile reinforcement between the thumb and forefinger offers additional protection in an area that is highly susceptible to wear and tear
Lining:
- 18 gauge seamless knitted liner is ultra-lightweight, breathable and highly flexible, ensuring ultimate comfort at all times
Heat Resistant:
- Achieves Level 1 for Contact Heat according to EN407. Can withstand temperatures of 100ºC
Cut Resistant:
- Achieves cut level F according to EN388, for protection in the highest risk cut hazard applications
Abrasion Resistant:
- Achieves a maximum score of Level 4 for abrasion resistance as defined by European Standard EN388

- Packed without the use of plastic, reducing the overall weight of packaging
- Recycled PET Liner
Unique Feature:
- Tactile touchscreen compatible fingertips enable the wearer to use touch screen machinery or touch screen devices with precision and without the need to remove the glove
- The Hydrophobic solution, which is applied through an intensive washing process, allows for a comprehensive and robust 3-Dimensional water resistant performance in wet and challenging conditions while maintaining maximum breathability
